Ha! Ha! Ha! :-)I looked up the sweet potatoes on allrecipes.com and they had really high ratings. Then I looked at the nutrition and saw there was 59+ carbs in a serving. That's all Fred can have in a meal - he could eat chicken and potatoes!
I figured, with all the brown sugar it called for. They'd be great without the sugar, too, though!!!
